About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with 10 years experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents, adults and families. I am experienced supporting a range of mental health related issues, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders and trauma from a perspective inclusive of multiculturalism, sex positivity and LGBTQIA+ identities.

I value building strong partnerships with clients to promote insight into the uniqueness of their mental health, illuminate how they create meaning out of their experiences and strive to live intentionally. Through non-judgemental self reflection in sessions, I enjoy helping clients gain insight into their struggles, strengths and motivation for change in order to better navigate stressors, relationships and life transitions. In team leadership, I strive to help foster an authentic, inclusive and collaborative environment encouraging mental health providers and staff to tap into creativity and enthusiasm for their work.

I began my career working with survivors of sexual abuse, assault and intimate partner violence, and am passionate about helping clients understand and recover from trauma. I conducted skills groups as part of an adolescent and adult intensive outpatient program and grief and loss groups with older adults living in retirement communities. I am also experienced working with clients recovering from substance use, eating disorders and body image struggles. I appreciate you reading this over, and look forward to meeting you if you decide to move forward with therapy!

About

College, both undergraduate and graduate, is a time of discovery, exploration, learning, and making new friends and mentors. It can also be a time of personal and emotional confusion, upheaval, feeling disconnected from others, or maybe it’s just not quite the experience we hoped for. Undoubtedly, college is a critical time in our lives and can impact our sense of who we are for years. My approach is informed by cognitive behavioral therapy, existential psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy. I am a proud “cat dad” of three black cats. I love to travel and play tennis. I am also fluent in French.

Ravina is passionate about being a witness to your healing and growth, working with individuals from all backgrounds, gender and sexual identities, and racial and cultural experiences. Her goal is to create a space where you can commit to your journey, honor your voice, address traumas, and explore the patterns holding you back. She believes that building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the work you do together.

Ravina is a published poet, proud cat mom, and spoken word artist. As a first-generation, proud South Asian woman, she was raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Growing up culturally confused and seeking acceptance, she found solace in spaces that encouraged her to open up and speak her truth as a woman of color and daughter of immigrants. A survivor of intimate partner violence, Ravina craved spaces where she felt truly seen. She became a therapist because she believes that change starts on an individual level and that fostering healing creates a more just world where we can be safer, healthier versions of ourselves.

About

Zac meets his patients where they are, recognizing that meaningful change begins with deep self-understanding. He guides this process by helping individuals make sense of their experiences, develop self-awareness, and cultivate a strong relationship with themselves. From there, Zac provides practical tools and encouragement to foster agency, resilience, and lasting growth. His approach is dynamic, blending the roles of therapist, educator, and mentor. He believes therapy should be a collaborative, engaging experience—one that challenges unhelpful patterns while reinforcing strengths. Zac emphasizes action, knowing that true change happens through what we do, not just what we think or feel. He works alongside individuals to help them navigate challenges, build fulfilling relationships, and create lives that reflect their values.

Zac’s own journey overcoming depression, PTSD, and adverse childhood experiences inspired him to pursue mental health work. He knows what it’s like to feel stuck, powerless, and disconnected—and he’s committed to helping others build self-agency and create lives they’re proud of. Outside work, Zac is an avid outdoorsman who finds clarity in hiking, bouldering, and camping. He believes movement, nature, and strong connections are key to well-being, bringing that mindset into his work.

As a collaborative therapist, Angga seeks to understand problems from his patients’ viewpoints and helps them explore new ideas and solutions by developing a genuine relationship. He is also attentive to how problems are often not the patient’s fault, but shaped by environmental and sociocultural factors.

A former aspiring screenwriter, Angga discovered that he could engage with stories more meaningfully in the mental health field. He is a good fit for philosophically minded patients deconstructing or reconstructing a spiritual identity, international students in academia, nerd culture, or those exploring ethical nonmonogamy.
